Welcome to Crafted Compass Ventures LLC DBA Crafted Compass Travel. By engaging in our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure clarity and mutual understanding between all parties. Please read them carefully.

Our Role

Crafted Compass Travel acts as an independent travel advisor. We design personalized travel experiences by working with a network of trusted suppliers, vendors, and service providers. While we strive to ensure the best possible experience, we do not own or operate any of the services or products offered, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, or cruise lines.

Payments & Fees

1. Planning Fee: All travel planning services require a non-refundable fee starting at $100. The fee varies based on the complexity of the itinerary, the number of travelers, and the duration of the trip. Additional fees may apply for last-minute bookings or significant itinerary changes.

2. Deposits: To secure your booking, a deposit may be required by the supplier. Deposit terms and amounts will vary.

3. Final Payments: Payment deadlines are determined by the suppliers, and it is your responsibility to ensure they are met. Failure to meet deadlines may result in canceled reservations or additional fees.

4. Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, or electronic transfer. Third-party processing fees may apply.

Cancellations & Refunds

1. Supplier Terms: All cancellations and refunds are subject to the policies of the individual suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.). Crafted Compass Travel is not liable for refunds beyond what suppliers offer.

2. Service Fees: Planning fees are non-refundable. Additional service fees may apply for cancellations or changes.

3. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. Insurance options can cover trip cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, and more.

Itinerary Changes

1. Client-Initiated Changes: Any changes to the itinerary after confirmation may incur additional fees and are subject to supplier policies.

2. Supplier-Initiated Changes: Crafted Compass Travel is not responsible for changes or cancellations initiated by suppliers but will assist in finding suitable alternatives.

Liability Disclaimer

1. Crafted Compass Travel is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the acts or omissions of suppliers.

2. We are not liable for weather delays, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

3. Any disputes or claims must be resolved directly with the supplier unless otherwise agreed.

Travel Requirements

1. Passports & Visas: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents. Failure to provide required documentation may result in denied boarding or entry.

2. Health & Safety: Clients are responsible for meeting health and vaccination requirements for their destinations. We recommend consulting relevant health authorities for up-to-date information.

3. COVID-19 Protocols: Entry requirements related to COVID-19, including testing, vaccination, and quarantine rules, are the client’s responsibility to verify and comply with.

Intellectual Property

All content provided by Crafted Compass Travel, including itineraries, recommendations, and designs, remains the intellectual property of Crafted Compass Ventures LLC. Reproduction or redistribution of this material without written consent is prohibited.

Dispute Resolution

1. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of North Carolina.

2. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, parties agree to first attempt mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration.
